UNORTHODOCX

Immersed in the sounds of Hip Hop at a young age Unorthodocx found an interest in music through his cousin. Introduced to documentaries such as “Ruthless Memories” about Eazy-E and “Fade to Black” about Jay-Z. Intrigued by the artists and their stories he decided to make a story of his own. Although performing in talent shows in school at the age of 9 Docx kept his passion for music to himself.

Breaking out of his shell in 2017 Docx met and joined Smoke Shed along with Sreeb and Smooth Cruz who also had a love for music. Gaining more confidence in his ability to rap he kept making music until 2021 in which Docx had decided to put the mic down and left the Shed.. After a two year hiatus Docx came back better and hungrier then ever. Joining forces once again with Sreeb and Shwole at Smoke Shed Records in 2021

Stepping foot on stage for his first official performance in 2021 at the Annual Freedom Fest along with fellow labelmates Sreeb and Shwole Docx graced the crowd with his unorthodox flows and melodies. From show to show and state to state he continues his love for Hip Hop which started years ago. Meeting artists he looked up to and taking advice from each of them he vigorously works more and more perfecting each song hit by hit.
